You can pay for your journey via our secure online booking system using credit/debit card.
Any Bookings made online are automatically emailed an invoice.
No there are no hidden charges the price we quote you online or on the call is what you have to pay for every Booking.
We use real-time flight tracking so if your flight is delayed we will amend the booking time to minimise any costs.
All drivers are licensed with the relevant local council, therefore having having completed all relevant crb checks
Whenever you make an online booking with us you will receive a confirmation email from our side with all the booking information if you feel there is some problem you can call us or email us for amendments.
An account is not required, however if you do create an account it will allow you to manage your past and present bookings via a online dashboard.
If you open an account with us we will give you a dashboard which will have your past and current bookings. We will also update you with any promotions/discounts.
We accept credit/debit cards only. Please note your booking may be subject to additional
waiting time and or car parking charges. Please ask for details.
Seaports and Airport Bookings
If you are not at the prearranged meeting point we will do our best to
contact you. If we cannot contact you and you fail to contact us after a
period of 45 min we will void the booking but you will be liable for the
full fare.
All other Pickups (Non-Airports)
Failure to appear at the designated time or pick up point within 5
minutes will void the contract and any monies paid to Bristol Airport Transfer will be non-refundable.
